Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Case Management

• Manage end-to-end student cases from university selection and application to final enrollment.
• Guide students on course options, university requirements, and admission processes.
• Provide continuous follow-ups to ensure application completeness and timely submissions.

Application & Documentation Management

• Track application requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports using basic computer tools.

Financial Guidance

• Counsel students on education loan options and scholarship opportunities.
• Assist students and parents in understanding financial aid processes.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as a strong point of contact for students and parents.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to address queries and concerns.

Administrative Support

• Maintain student data, follow-up trackers, and reports using MS Word and Google Sheets.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, appointments, and internal processes.

Key Requirements

• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, punctuality, and discipline.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand university processes and financial aid details.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Google Sheets).
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and student-focused environment.
