Campaign Specialist
who will work closely with brands and creators to deliver high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring customer success experience from large organizations, strong stakeholder management skills, and a creative mindset to design engaging content formats such as reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with brands to understand campaign objectives and translate them into actionable creator strategies
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from creator onboarding to deliverables, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with creators to ensure high-quality, engaging content (reels, stories, posts, etc.) that aligns with brand requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands during campaign execution, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, resolve challenges proactively, and optimize for better results
- Provide creative input and guidance to both brands and creators for impactful content
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or campaign management, preferably in large organizations
- Creative thinker with hands-on understanding of digital content formats (Instagram Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
