About the Role

Campaign Operations Associate

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for individuals looking to work at the intersection of operations and digital marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, tracking, and quality control of large-scale digital campaigns on Amazon’s ad platforms. Pick and drop facility will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and launch advertising campaigns (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.) on Amazon using internal tools
  • Conduct live QA checks and ensure campaigns go live within service level timelines
  • Validate campaign assets, targeting, and configurations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, including asset mismatches, loading errors, or misconfigurations
  • Ensure adherence to Amazon's campaign guidelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Monitor live campaigns and generate performance reports or dashboards as per SOPs
  • Manage internal ticketing systems for issue resolution and escalations
  • Perform regular compliance and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation across campaign processes


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with Excel and an understanding of digital ad tools such as Salesforce or AdTech platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment, starting 6 PM IST onwards
  • Prior knowledge of digital campaign workflows or interest in digital marketing is a plus
