RESPONSIBILITIES:

📢 Campaign Execution:

Manage end-to-end campaign rollouts by coordinating with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and great outcomes.

👥 Creator Onboarding & Management:

Discover, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with creators to keep them engaged and aligned with campaign goals.

📊 Performance Tracking:

Monitor key campaign metrics like clicks, conversions, and sales. Use insights to suggest what’s working and what needs tweaking.

📝 Content Review & Optimization:

Review creator content for brand alignment and suggest ways to boost performance and engagement.

📈 Trend Watching:

Stay on top of social trends, creator tools, and algorithm updates to keep our strategies sharp and up-to-date.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Haves:

• At least 3 months of experience in influencer marketing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Deep understanding of creator needs and pain points
• Quick thinker with a street-smart approach
• Structured and logical problem-solving ability
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions

Good-to-Have:

• Proficiency in Excel or data tools
• Existing relationships with creators
• Ability to work independently and set up scalable systems
