Campaign Associate

About the Role:  Associates are part of project teams in the campaigns and work with the Organisation team and client team members to track and monitor campaigns for the client (political party). The team members are expected to execute end-to-end campaign tracking through in-person monitoring.  During campaigns, teams interact closely with political leaders and organizers at the constituency, district, state and national levels. While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills and most importantly, performance. Teams provide insights to the internal stakeholders into the progress and effectiveness of the campaigns through continuous reporting and analysis.  The job often requires evening and weekend work, extensive travel and extended deployment at client locations throughout West Bengal.  Key Responsibilities:  ● Campaign Support: Actively contribute ideas and provide operational support for the successful roll-out of diverse campaign activities, including preparing notes, SOPs & presentations ● Campaign Coordination: Drive end-to-end management of various campaign activities, ensuring timely & quality execution  ● Problem Solving: Identify critical issues, apply strong analytical skills and propose pragmatic solutions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments  ● Operational Excellence: Exhibit a strong bias for action, adapt quickly to dynamic situations and demonstrate exceptional commitment in a demanding work environment  ● Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive clear and structured communication, and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and others ● Content & Creative Coordination: Manage end-to-end process of briefing & coordinating with communication teams, reviewing and delivering campaign collaterals and creatives in alignment with campaign objectives  ● Campaign Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Oversee campaign monitoring & reporting, including call centre coordination and digital ad performance review to track the impact of campaign  Position Requirements:  The position would involve work in Kolkata and selected individuals will be expected to travel across the state and interact with multiple stakeholders.  The role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with a clear understanding of working in the consulting industry. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership and communications skills and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.  Desired Qualification and Experience:  ● Minimum degree from an academic institution  ● Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage  ● Willingness to work, stay and travel in any parts of West Bengal  ● Language proficiency in Bengali is a plus  ● Context and understanding of Bengali's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus
