Campaign Associate

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and committed Political Campaign Executives to support our on-ground election work in Puducherry. This role involves constituency visits, people engagement, collecting ground insights, and ensuring smooth execution of campaign activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate on-ground campaign activities in Puducherry

Conduct field surveys, booth visits, volunteer interactions, and daily ground assessments

Track local issues, complaints, public sentiment, and political developments

Build connections with community leaders, women groups, youth, fishermen, traders, and local associations

Support in event planning, meetings, outreach drives, and communication activities

Provide daily reports and insights to strategy and leadership teams

Ensure smooth execution of weekly and monthly campaign plans

Requirements

Strong interest in politics, governance, and public issues

Good communication in Tamil & English

Ability to work in the field and travel across Puducherry

Basic reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)

Ability to coordinate with teams, volunteers, and stakeholders

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in political campaigns, social work, NGOs, or college leadership roles

Understanding of Puducherry’s constituencies, local issues, and political dynamics
