We are seeking a Calling Executive to join our dynamic team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, as well as handling inbound customer inquiries. Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).
Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
