The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, as well as handling inbound customer inquiries. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
