Calling Executive

We are looking for a Tally Calling / Accounts Calling Executive who will handle outbound and inbound calls to clients, support accounting tasks using Tally software, and assist with basic account follow-ups and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Client Interaction

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for service follow-up, payments, or enquiry resolution.
• Explain company products/services and answer customer questions professionally.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and schedules.

Tally & Accounting Support

• Update financial entries and basic data in Tally ERP.
• Assist with preparing invoices, billing entries, and payment details.
• Help coordinate financial documents with the accounts team.

Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made and follow-ups pending
• Report client feedback and issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ B.Com graduate with proficiency in Tally ERP software.
✔ Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.✔ Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.✔ Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

✔ 1–3 years in calling, customer service, sales support, or accounting.
✔ Exposure to basic GST and invoicing concepts (advantage).
