Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and ensure team members are performing effectively
• Set clear goals and expectations; monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and professional growth
• Coordinate workload and resource allocation to ensure project deadlines are met
• Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Prepare and deliver performance reports and operational updates
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
