Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Haldwani / Almora. The Call Center Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting patients with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about eye care services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The representative will communicate effectively with patients, using computer systems to log and track interactions. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and possess strong Interpersonal Skills Computer Literacy skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Previous experience in a healthcare or call center environment is a plus Attractive Salary and Performance based incentives.
