Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Doctors and Staffs at Eye Q Hospital located in Kanpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day patient care, conducting medical examinations, diagnosing and treating eye conditions, performing surgeries and eye procedures, and coordinating with the medical team for comprehensive care. In addition, staff members will assist in administrative duties, patient consultations, and maintaining meticulous medical records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in eye care and treatment, including surgeries and procedures for doctors
• Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of ophthalmology and eye health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and team coordination
• Skills in administrative tasks, patient consultations, and managing medical records for staff
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Ophthalmology, or related health science field
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to patient care and service excellence
• Prior experience in a similar role within a hospital or clinic setting is highly desirable
