Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Manager based in Pune. The Call Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the call center, manage a team of agents, and ensure excellent customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, monitoring performance metrics, resolving customer inquiries effectively, and implementing strategies to improve call center efficiency. The Manager will also be responsible for workforce planning, maintaining service quality, and addressing escalations when needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales.
• Strong leadership skills, including team management, motivation, training, and performance evaluation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in CRM software, call center technologies, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and maintain composure under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in call center management or a similar customer service leadership role is preferred
• Knowledge of real estate or housing industries is beneficial but not required

Office No- 901 to 904, Pride Icon, Kharadi, Pune -411014

Working hours - Monday - Saturday (9 am - 7 pm)
