Call Center Manager

As a Call Center Manager at Vakeel Saab, you will play a crucial role in connecting users with the right lawyers on India's most trusted online legal consultation platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from users seeking legal advice - Understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable lawyers based on issue, language, and budget - Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality on every call - Entering accurate call notes and feedback into the system To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Fluency in Hindi and English - Strong communication and listening skills - Ability to handle users calmly and empathetically - Basic computer skills, with CRM familiarity being a plus Additionally, proficiency in any regional language (e.g., Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu) and prior knowledge of the legal domain will be considered as bonus points but are not mandatory.
