Call Center Manager

A Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call center, ensuring customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively while achieving business targets.

• Manage, mentor, and motivate call center staff including Team Leaders and Agents
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
• Ensure adequate staffing, shift planning, and attendance adherence
• Monitor call center performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly
• Track performance using CRM and reporting tools
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity and target achievements
• Identify gaps through data analysis and introduce improvement strategies
• Achieve call center KPIs and business goals
• Plan and execute sales/service campaigns
• Drive initiatives for higher lead conversion and operational excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
