Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall call center operations for the SMR process, ensuring smooth day to day performance.

Support load building initiatives across multiple service categories to maximize agent productivity.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and skill development.

Conduct regular call audits and agent interactions to ensure adherence to company quality and communication standards.

Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management on performance metrics and process insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
