Job Description

Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking. Conduct perpetual inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with necessary approvals. Order parts and accessories as per operational requirements, ensuring timely restocking. Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. (Inward/Outward) Ensure proper storage of parts for easy identification and retrieval at the designated location (Proper Bin allocation). Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for inventory rotation. Transit damage Claims. Manage and guide warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures. Allocate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency in operations. Liaison with the service department, sales team, and procurement team to ensure smooth operations. Respond promptly to queries about stock availability and delivery schedules. Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implement corrective actions. Introduce systems to reduce lead times and improve accuracy in order fulfilment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and standards. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches. Generate and share periodic reports on inventory status and warehouse performance with management. o Ensure timely transportation with proper/statutory documents.
