Ensure effective services, answering the patient queries about the doctors availability and book appointments for doctor consultation, and rescheduling’s appointments. Job Responsibilities Responsible to handle the incoming and outgoing calls, Responsible for ensuring customer delight, maintaining good rapport with Caller Responsible for the rescheduling the appointments according to doctors update Maintaining the good quality score.
