Job Description

MAD ACADEMY Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors. Handle front desk operations including calls, walk-ins, and appointment bookings. Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and enrollment procedures. Maintain student records and manage administrative documents. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, professional, and polite. Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling. Prior experience in customer service or front office preferred. --- 2. Telecaller / Admissions Executive Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students (especially college students) to inform and enroll them in our IT training programs. Follow-up on leads generated via marketing and referrals. Maintain and update call logs, CRM entries, and lead sheets. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Requirements: Clear, confident voice with strong communication skills. Target-driven and enthusiastic. Good command of English and regional languages (as applicable). Experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus. --- 3. Career Counselor Responsibilities: Guide students in choosing the right IT course based on their interests and career goals. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions in person or over calls/Zoom. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding. Help students understand the job market and potential career paths. Requirements: Strong understanding of IT career trends and technologies. Empathetic, patient, and good at active listening. Prior experience in counseling or student guidance is preferred. --- 4. HR Executive (Training Institute) Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff and faculty. Manage internal communication and performance tracking. Coordinate with academic heads for staffing needs. Support in organizing career fairs, events, and placement drives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Strong organizational and people management skills. Experience in an educational or training setup is preferred. --- Why Join Us?
