Use the Provided Altius Communication Scripts to communicate effectively with patients.

Track the number of appointments booked.

Assist with confirming appointments for Hispanic patients.

Inform patients about Stabili-teeth Dental treatment (Complete training will be provided).

Call patients from the provided list.

Support offices that do not have a Spanish-speaking team member.

Must be fully bilingual in Spanish (100%) and English.

Call Center or Sales experience is required.

Dental experience is a plus.

Location : Mohali (In-person)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Benefits : Food provided, Provident Fund

Schedule : Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift

Supplemental Pay : Yearly bonus

Education : Bachelor?s preferred, C-level certification in Spanish

Experience : 1 year in Technical support, tele sales, or relevant work

Language : Spanish and English (Required)
