Roles & Responsibilities

• Make

  outbound calls

  to leads and contact lists provided by the company.
• Introduce the company’s services and create interest among prospects.
• Explain clearly the

  account acquisition process

  , guiding users step by step with patience and confidence.
• Build trust and maintain a professional tone throughout the conversation.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and account acquisitions.
• Handle objections effectively and provide appropriate responses to ensure positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all acquired accounts are onboarded smoothly and securely.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling and account usage.
