About the Role:

Call Center Executives


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for Australian customers
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and resolution support
  • Handle escalations, complaints, and service queries effectively
  • Ensure adherence to call quality and process guidelines
  • Work in sync with Australian business hours (early morning shifts)


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    in a call center / voice process (international process preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to

    relocate to Goa

    (accommodation support available)
  • Open to working in Australian time zones
  • Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline
