Calibration Engineer – Pune (On-Site) Location: Pune Experience: 5–10 Years Type: Full-time | Automotive / Engineering Domain Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Calibration Engineer to manage and lead calibration activities across automotive development projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting customer calibration processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage project plans for application calibration activities Proactively handle project plan changes during development Adopt and promote standard calibration methodologies and tools Collaborate with Application and Function Design Teams for effective solutions Ensure compliance with calibration process workflows and quality standards Leverage statistical analysis and big data tools to validate performance and diagnostics Act as a technical point of contact for calibration-related customer queries Support on-site calibration activities at customer locations as needed Manage label reviews and coordinate test vehicle activities with OEMs Preferred Profile: Strong background in automotive calibration and diagnostics Experience working directly with OEMs and customer-facing projects Hands-on with project management, statistical validation , and calibration tools Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
