Job Title: *Café Manager* Location: Lake Woods Café, Thane Reports to: Owner Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and hands-on Café Manager to handle the daily operations of Lake Woods Café. The role includes managing staff, ensuring great customer service, and taking care of basic promotions and social media. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and people, organized, and eager to grow with the café. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations 1. Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the café. 2. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café ambiance. 3. Manage stock and basic ordering. Staff Management 1. Schedule and supervise café staff. 2. Provide basic training and ensure team motivation. Customer Service 1. Ensure a great experience for every customer. 2. Handle feedback or complaints politely and efficiently. Social Media & Promotions 1. Post simple updates on Instagram and Facebook. 2. Assist in planning small promotions or offers 3. Basic Event Support (Optional) 4. Help organize small café events like open mics or workshops. What We’re Looking For: 1. Experience in a café or restaurant setting (1–2 years preferred). 2.
