Job Description

Café Manager / Area Manager – Kruti Coffee Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar Experience: 3–7 years (Food & Beverage / QSR / Café Industry) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day café operations across assigned outlets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and discipline. Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and cost control. Increase sales through customer engagement and upselling strategies. Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all cafés. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth operations. Track daily sales reports, cash handling, and operational documentation. Coordinate with HO for audits, marketing campaigns, and new product launches. Drive staff motivation, team building, and maintain high productivity. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in café/QSR/restaurant management. Strong leadership, communication & team-handling skills. Knowledge of café operations, food safety, and customer service. Problem-solving ability and performance-driven mindset. Flexibility to travel across outlets (for Area Manager role). Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate preferred
