Job Title: Digital Marketer and Graphic Designer Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads). Create and oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage content calendars for social media and blogs. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar tools; provide actionable insights. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation goals. Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversion. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred/Good to Have Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress. Certification in Google Ads / Analytics / Facebook Blueprint.
