Job Description

Position: Café Manager Location: Coffee Culture, Bhavnagar Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Lead and supervise the café team, handle shift scheduling, training, and performance management. Track stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement. Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards across all operations. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and control wastage. Maintain reports and updates for the Area Manager on a weekly basis. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café/restaurant or F&B management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
