Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Café Operations & Brand Experience to lead as the face of the brand. This role combines operational leadership, strategic brand management, and culinary expertise to drive growth, guest satisfaction, and overall brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a flair for premium hospitality, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Leadership & Guest Experience

• Represent as the brand ambassador, embodying the ethos of refined, experiential luxury.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the premium standards of Café.
• Innovate and enhance the café experience to maintain brand exclusivity and differentiation.

2. Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all touchpoints.
• Implement standard operating procedures to maintain operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and drive measurable growth in revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

3. Culinary & Menu Strategy

• Leverage culinary expertise to design and curate menus that align with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality, innovation, and consistency in food and beverage offerings.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of café staff, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
• Implement training programs to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and performance management.

5. Marketing & Brand Visibility

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that amplify Café ’s presence and brand appeal.
• Explore strategic partnerships, events, and initiatives to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in premium café, F&B, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Culinary background or prior experience as a chef preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with experience in brand management and growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
