Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who understands the art and science of coffee. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of specialty coffee, hands-on brewing skills, and an appreciation for tea. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision. Maintain consistency in coffee and tea preparation while meeting café standards. Educate customers about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and tea selections. Support in-house coffee roasting and maintain knowledge of different roasts and flavor profiles. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the café workspace. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: Prior experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setup preferred.
