F&B Associate

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Service Attendant (or Intern). The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in hospitality, a good understanding (or eagerness to learn) of global and specialty cuisines, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service. This role involves ensuring smooth service operations, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
• Have a good understanding of the menu — including food items, beverages, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Guide guests through menu offerings and make informed recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of service areas, tables, and stations before, during, and after service.
• Support daily service operations including order taking, serving, clearing, and billing.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bakery, and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Maintain strong guest relations — respond courteously to feedback, requests, or concerns.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently.
• Assist in food and beverage trials, tastings, and new menu introductions.
• Participate actively in learning sessions to enhance product and service knowledge.

Requirements:

• Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of hospitality/service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,487.40 per month
