Job Description

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in operations management and process improvement
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and quality control
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Always ensure high-quality customer service.
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Build rapport with regular guests and create a welcoming environment.
Actively engage with customers, answering questions about specialty teas, coffee, and food offerings.
Handle customer feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with clearing tables, resetting seating areas, and maintaining cleanliness on the floor.
Help with taking orders, processing payments, and operating the POS system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,489.43 - ₹34,662.25 per month
