Job Summary

The Café Manager is responsible for managing daily café operations, ensuring consistent service standards, product quality, and operational efficiency. The role includes oversight of staff performance, inventory control, financial reporting, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations.

• Supervise & train staff.

• Maintain product quality and service standards.

• Handle & resolve customer concerns.

• Manage inventory and place orders.

• Hande cash and sales reports.

• Maintain hygiene and safety compliance.

• Prepare staff schedules.

• Support promotions and sales activities.

• Coordinate & manage equipment maintenance and upkeep.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Experience as a Café Manager or in a supervisory role in F&B.

• Strong knowledge of coffee, beverages, and café-style food.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Good understanding of POS and café operations.

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
