Senior Bartender

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Bartender with equal parts skill and personality — someone who can shake, stir, and lead with flair. You’ll oversee the bar team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure every cocktail that leaves the counter is a signature moment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations and service flow

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits to brand standards

Train and mentor junior bartenders and service staff

Maintain stock control, ordering, and bar inventory

Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency

Handle guest interactions, feedback, and special requests professionally

Promote signature cocktails and upsell premium selections

Manage billing and POS transactions accurately

Maintain hygiene, safety, and legal compliance behind the bar

Requirements

3 – 5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine

Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills

Ability to manage a busy bar with calm and confidence

Positive attitude, polished appearance, and attention to detail

Familiarity with POS and basic computer systems
