Senior Bartender

We’re looking for a Senior Bartender to help shape an upcoming bar that takes its craft seriously while offering an atmosphere built around comfort, calm, and thoughtful hospitality. This is a leadership role for someone who values precision behind the bar and both craft-forward & guest-forward service.

Your Role at the Bar

• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and consistency, maintaining the bar’s high standards of craft.
• Mentor and guide junior bartenders during shifts, sharing techniques and fostering skill development.
• Contribute to cocktail ideation, recipe refinement, and ensuring quality across the menu.
• Act as a warm, attentive host behind the bar, creating personalised guest interactions while managing service flow.

What You Bring

• 1.5 – 3 years of bartending experience, with a track record of high-quality service; leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of cocktail technique, drink execution, and bar operations.
• Ability to balance high standards with a warm, grounded approach to hospitality + team building.
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
