Job Summary: The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with restaurant standards. The role requires attentiveness, good communication, and a professional, customer-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure table settings are neat, clean, and properly arranged. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently. Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and issue receipts. Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations. Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned (setup, restocking, cleaning). Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: Proven experience as a server/waiter/waitress preferred (minimum 1 year). Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Team player with a positive attitude. Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; diploma in hotel management is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift light to moderate loads (plates, trays, etc.). Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
