Job Description

Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. They maintain the cleanliness of the café and ensure all drinks meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
Greet customers and take orders politely.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, tables, and equipment.
Restock supplies such as milk, coffee beans, and pastries.
Handle cash or card payments accurately.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
