Job Description

Core responsibilities

Beverage preparation: Crafting and serving a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, lattes, and cappuccinos, often to customer specifications.
Customer service: Welcoming customers, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and processing transactions accurately.
Equipment operation: Using and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, and ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
Workstation maintenance: Keeping the coffee bar, seating areas, and other workspaces clean, stocked, and organized.
Adherence to standards: Following specific recipes, health and safety guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.

Customer-focused: A friendly and positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented: Ability to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and manage transactions accurately.
Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
