Barista/All Rounder

1. Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining café standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, hygiene discipline, and a positive guest-focused attitude.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation

• Prepare all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and presentation.

Guest Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Provide product recommendations and suggest add-ons.
• Serve beverages and food items with proper etiquette.

Station & Hygiene Management

• Keep the barista station clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Follow FSSAI, hygiene, and safety guidelines strictly.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for machines and counters.

Inventory & Stock

• Check daily stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Support with receiving and storing inventory as required.

Cash Handling

• Process orders using POS system.
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain billing accuracy and avoid discrepancies.

Team Support

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for food orders.
• Support colleagues during peak hours.
• Follow all SOPs and company policies.

3. Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and café operations (training will be provided).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, grooming, and discipline.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply).

4. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Should be able to lift small stock items (up to 10–15 kg).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
