Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Espresso Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.) to a high standard.
Milk Texturing: Demonstrate proficiency in milk steaming and basic latte art.
Equipment Care: Dial in the grinder daily and maintain/clean the espresso machine and grinders.
Knowledge: Explain our bean origins and flavor profiles to curious customers.
Light Kitchen Work: Assemble simple dishes (toasts, acai bowls, sandwiches) and assist with basic food prep.
Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Restocking: Keep the milk fridge, condiment station, and pastry display fully stocked and organized.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders via POS systems, and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Floor Management: Run food and drinks to tables, clear plates, and ensure the dining area is spotless.
Upselling: Recommend pastries, brunch specials, or retail coffee bags to enhance the guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
