This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain international accounting exposure and build a long-term career in US Finance, Audit & Tax.

Key Responsibilities

US Accounting

• Prepare and maintain

  general ledgers, journals, and reconciliations

  .
• Record and review

  AP, AR, payroll, bank transactions

  , and month-end adjustments.
• Assist with

  monthly and quarterly financial statements

  .
• Perform

  variance analysis

  and account clean-ups.
• Support client deliverables related to

  QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or other US tools

  (training provided).

US Audit

• Assist US Audit Managers with

  audit planning, testing, and documentation

  .
• Prepare

  audit workpapers

  : sampling, walkthroughs, internal control testing, and substantive procedures.
• Review supporting documents: invoices, bank statements, contracts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Apply knowledge of

  US GAAP

  and

  US audit methodologies

  (training provided).
• Ensure timely completion of audit tasks and meet client deadlines.

Compliance & Reporting

• Support preparation of

  US tax schedules

  , fixed asset registers, depreciation, etc.
• Assist in preparing documents for

  IRS, State filings, or internal management reports

  .

Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with US clients, senior accountants, and audit managers.
• Participate in video meetings, status calls, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and high-quality standards in deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• CA (Fresher) / CA-Inter / Article-ship completed

  .
• Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of audit concepts.
• Proficient in

  Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
• Willingness to work in

  US shift timings

  .
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
