Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA and SA Acquisition Manager, based in Gurgaon. The manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition for current accounts (CA) and savings accounts (SA). Key tasks include developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing account management, and meeting business targets. Additionally, the role involves identifying market opportunities, conducting competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations while offering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail banking products such as current accounts and savings accounts
• Excellent customer relationship management, client acquisition, and retention skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies based on insights
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking industry
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using banking systems, CRM tools, and other relevant software
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Prior experience in banking, finance, or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
