Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant (Functional + Technical)

Experience: 7 + Years

Department: SAP Cloud Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and/or Service).
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C
• functionalities.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and
• UI personalization.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SAP Cloud roadmap.
• Conduct end-user training, UAT support, and go-live activities

Technical Responsibilities:

• Develop custom objects, scripts, and enhancements using C4C SDK (PDI/ABScripting).
• Build and maintain integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA using CPI, Web Services, IDoc, OData, or REST APIs.
• Develop mashups, extension fields, and custom reports/KPIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with BASIS/Integration teams.
• Participate in performance tuning and optimization of the C4C environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of SAP C4C experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), AB Scripting, and UI Designer.
• Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI or PI/PO.
• Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).
• Good understanding of SAP backend systems (ECC/S4HANA) and integration points.
