Job Description

About:

a SAP C4C Consultant

Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant (Functional + Technical)

Experience: 7 + Years

Department: SAP Cloud Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and/or Service).
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C
functionalities.
Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and
UI personalization.
Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SAP Cloud roadmap.
Conduct end-user training, UAT support, and go-live activities

Technical Responsibilities:

Develop custom objects, scripts, and enhancements using C4C SDK (PDI/ABScripting).
Build and maintain integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA using CPI, Web Services, IDoc, OData, or REST APIs.
Develop mashups, extension fields, and custom reports/KPIs.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with BASIS/Integration teams.
Participate in performance tuning and optimization of the C4C environment.

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 7 years of SAP C4C experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
Deep knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), AB Scripting, and UI Designer.
Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI or PI/PO.
Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).
Good understanding of SAP backend systems (ECC/S4HANA) and integration points.
