Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your sourcing and procurement expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects in alignment with our Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technical (QCDT) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Global Procurement, Regional Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance), lead supplier selection processes, and support commodity strategies while fostering strong supplier relationships.You’ll specifically take care of supplier negotiations and project procurement execution, but also contribute to the development and implementation of commodity strategies.We’ll look to you for:
- Preparing and launching Requests for Quotation with suppliers
- Leading project negotiations and monitoring QCDT and legal project evolution
- Ensuring on-time delivery and quality, especially during project ramp-up phases
- Supporting the development and execution of commodity strategies
- Building and maintaining effective supplier relationships
- Applying Alstom’s procurement processes and promoting our Code of Ethics
All About You

- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s in Purchasing is a plus)
- Experience in sourcing or procurement (minimum of 5 years)
- Knowledge or experience in service-related industries such as EPCG, Metro, Automotive, or Aerospace is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and effectively challenge the status quo
- Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach
- An international mindset and fluency in English
