Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Butler Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and maintenance.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
