Role:


We are seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused professional to lead business development efforts for branding, experiential campaigns, and event sponsorship opportunities. This role is key to driving agency growth, revenue, and long-term client partnerships.

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for branding projects, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, brands, and sponsorship partners.
  • Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business.

2. Sponsorship & Partnership Development

  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities for events, activations, and campaigns that align with client and agency goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brands, media partners, and stakeholders to secure sponsorship deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables to maximize revenue and value for clients and the agency.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and partners to generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and sponsors, managing communications and follow-ups.
  • Understand client business objectives and provide strategic branding, event, and sponsorship solutions.

4. Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, and operations) to design sponsorship packages, campaigns, and activations.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and trend updates to inform business development strategies.
  • Contribute to agency growth initiatives, including identifying new sectors, formats, or partnership models.

5. Reporting & Targets

  • Track business development activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
  • Report regularly on sales targets, sponsorship deals closed, and revenue performance.
  • Continuously refine strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.


Requirements :


Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in branding, advertising, events, or sponsorships.
  • Strong network and experience in brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or event sponsorships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, pitch ideas effectively, and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for revenue growth.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in agency business development or media/entertainment sponsorships.
  • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and experiential campaigns.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation, partnership frameworks, and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and event activations.
