Required Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the healthcare industry.
Strong domain knowledge in Utilization Management, including workflows for prior authorization, concurrent review, retrospective review, and clinical guidelines
Experience with healthcare payer systems, care management platforms, or claims adjudication systems.
Strong understanding of HIPAA, CMS, and health plan operations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL (for data validation and analysis).
Excellent documentation skills for BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
