Description
You will be responsible for designing and validating best-in-class Conga (Apttus) CLM and CPQ solutions to meet business requirements. Your role will involve having extensive technical knowledge of product configuration management, including products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, and constraint rules. You should also understand pricing management, including price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback class, and validation callback class. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC), Data Loader, and Declarative Platform tools such as Flows and Lightning Builder is essential. You will support highly integrated Conga (Apttus) CPQ solutions either by extending existing functionality or building new solutions from scratch. Experience with migrating from SpringCM or other alternatives to Conga CLM is required. You will ensure that solutions are scalable, meet business requirements, drive high-quality implementation, and resolve issues efficiently. Troubleshooting complex issues to support smooth business operations is also part of your responsibilities. You will develop test scripts and execute them to support ongoing project work. Additionally, you will develop the code and master data needed to set up the configuration model. Previous experience as a Conga Techno-functional consultant working on successful software implementations related to CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management (CLM), or Salesforce is necessary. Experience with Conga Accelerator packages, CLM configuration, Clause Library Setup, Redlining setup in Contract lifecycle management, and Approvals setup and configuration is expected. You should also have experience in handling migrations and configurations using X Author application provided by Conga. Familiarity with Apttus professional services for ticket resolution on Apttus product usage is beneficial. You should have experience with web, database, object-oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies, and Salesforce or Force.com. A deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process, and other associated processes is required. Your role will involve hands-on experience in various implementation activities such as design, prototyping, development, configurations, and testing. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams both internally and at customer sites. Collaborating with Sales, Contract, Order Management, and Finance teams to understand current and future systems and processes is essential. Working closely with IT Architects to define and design systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, preferably in ERP/CRM/Quote to Cash - 5+ years of experience working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects - Experience using SNOW and Jira Tools for Ticketing management and project build - 3+ years of Conga (Apttus) CLM experience, including understanding and administration of legal contracting and/or contract management systems - Apttus CPQ experience, including Product, Pricing, and Approvals setups - Conga (Apttus) CLM certification, Salesforce and CPQ certifications preferred - Advanced Salesforce administration experience required, including Profiles, Workflows, Process builder, Lightning Flows, User Management, Permission sets, Public groups, and sharing rules configuration - Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning) - Excellent communication and organization skills - Experience working in the Lightning environment - Exceptional communication and document management skills - Strong project and data management experience - Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and articulate complex requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additionally, you should be willing to work in the second shift from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. IST.,
