Additionally, you will track and report progress using relevant metrics to ensure smooth project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s), helping remove barriers to successful implementation. Track and report project progress using appropriate metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Guide team members in adopting Agile methodologies and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively facilitate and lead meetings. Experience in resolving conflicts and removing barriers within the team. Additional Information: A minimum of 2 years of experience with the Japanese language is required. This position is based in Pune. A 15-year full-time education is required.

Proficient in testing Java applications. Youll be Quality Analyst, working on tricky problems that need careful analysis, research, and testing. You'll collaborate with different BMC product teams. Your job involves managing many tasks, testing new features, suggesting improvements, and keeping products working well. You'll talk to different teams to help customers with issues. Your main goal is to make sure our software is top-notch, works efficiently, and gives users a great experience. You'll plan how to test things and keep records of the results. You'll work with other Developers to check if the product works correctly, either by doing tests manually or using automated tools. We're trying to automate as many tests as possible so that they can be done the same way each time. This way, QA Engineers can focus on improving the tests and making them better over time. You'll also keep track of your test results Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: Proficient in Automation tools like Jenkins Experienced in building automation frameworks. Able to automate applications on different Java versions Knowledge of JIRA tools Familiar with tools like Confluence and Jira.
