Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads. Assist in developing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors. Help maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and leads. Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and negotiations. Support in tracking sales metrics and creating reports for analysis. Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and client visits. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns. Follow up with clients and prospects under the guidance of the Sales Manager. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and take initiative. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Familiarity with social media marketing and email campaigns. Prior internship experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
