Roles & Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Admissions

• Counsel students and parents regarding UPSC/MPSC courses.
• Understand the aspirants’ goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries.
• Convert leads into admissions with a consultative approach.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals.
• Follow-up with prospective students to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents for referrals.

3. College & Institutional Collaboration

• Visit colleges, libraries, and institutions across Pune for partnerships.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and awareness sessions about UPSC Guide.
• Build and maintain long-term collaborations.

4. Tele-Counselling

• Handle inbound & outbound calls.
• Provide detailed course information and follow-up for closures.

5. Reporting & CRM Management

• Update and manage leads on CRM tools.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Work efficiently on MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience

  in Sales, Counselling, or Admissions (Education sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  UPSC & MPSC exams

  .
• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi, English, and Marathi

  (mandatory).
• Good understanding of

  CRM, MS Office, and online tools

  .
• Confident personality with strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Pune for collaborations.
